How CleanVINUSA removes a car listing from Autobidcar.com

Updated:

An Autobidcar.com page puts your car’s auction photos, sale price and details on a public address, and the same car can also turn up as a card on other cars’ pages. This guide shows how CleanVINUSA takes all of that down, in the order it happens: finding the pages, what removal covers, the order, our work, Google and the final check.

1. Find the page — and the cards

  • The checker on this page looks the VIN up on Autobidcar.com and shows the page it finds. The same free check runs on cleanvinusa.com and in the Telegram bot @Cleanvinusa_bot: send /start, then the VIN, and the answer arrives within 30–60 seconds.
  • On the site itself, the “Search by VIN/LOT” box on Autobidcar.com’s home page finds a car by its VIN or lot number.
  • In Google, search the VIN in quotes — "1HGCM82633A004352" — and look at the Images tab too.

Autobidcar.com addresses look like autobidcar.com/car/ followed by the make, model, year and VIN. Copy the whole address. When we checked in October 2026, such a page opened with a photo, the price, the auction (Copart or IAAI), the sale date and the lot number, followed by a long list of characteristics and written sections that discuss whether the price paid was a good one.

Then look at the “Similar Cars” galleries on a few related pages, for example other cars of the same model. When we checked in October 2026, each card there showed a photo, the VIN, the lot number and the price the car sold for, so your car can appear on pages that are not its own. Note any such address as well.

2. What removal covers, and what it never touches

The order covers the car’s page on Autobidcar.com, photos and purchase price included, and the pages associated with it on the same site. Once it is done, the car should no longer appear on Autobidcar.com, either on its own page or as a card elsewhere.

It cannot reach official records. The title brand, NMVTIS, insurance claims and reports such as Carfax or AutoCheck stay as they are, and other websites that copied the same auction record are not affected.

3. The order: the VIN goes in twice

  • Order from the checker or the button on this page.
  • The VIN, in both fields. CleanVINUSA’s product page asks for it in the order details and in the order information. Starting from the checker fills it in for you; otherwise, type it into both places.
  • Add what you found. The address of the car’s page, and of any Similar Cars page that shows it, helps us cover every place the car appears.
  • The removal costs $65, paid by card, PayPal or USDT. Orders are handled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4. What we do after payment

  • We file the request with Autobidcar.com for your VIN: the car’s page and the associated pages where it appears.
  • We follow it up until the car no longer appears on the site. If Autobidcar.com wants proof that the car is yours, we tell you what it needs.
  • We confirm when the pages have been processed.

The page usually goes within 12–24 hours; during Google updates or technical problems on the servers it can take 1–2 days longer. Photos can stay visible for up to 3 days after the page itself has been removed.

5. Google catches up

Google keeps showing the old title and snippet until it recrawls the address, which usually happens 1–2 days after the page is removed. Once the page is gone, we ask Google to drop the old result for every eligible link, the image results included. A cached preview can linger for a short time; nobody controls Google’s exact timing.

6. Make sure it is gone

  • Open the old address. Your car should no longer be there.
  • Type the VIN into the site’s “Search by VIN/LOT” box.
  • A few days later, search the VIN on Google, in web results and in Images.
  • If a “Similar Cars” box elsewhere on Autobidcar.com still shows the car after 12–24 hours, send that address to CleanVINUSA with your VIN.
  • Keep our confirmation. If the car is auctioned again later, or another website copies the archived record, that is a new case and a new order — worth knowing before you advertise the car, so run the free check once more first.

Other sites publish Copart and IAAI records as well. They are separate from Autobidcar.com, and the VIN may still lead to one of them.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the order ask for the VIN in two places?

That is how CleanVINUSA’s product page for this removal is set up. If you order from the checker, the VIN is attached automatically; if you go to the store directly, fill in both fields.

A photo is still visible after three days. What now?

Send the image address to CleanVINUSA together with your VIN. We follow it up with Autobidcar.com and ask Google to drop the image result.

Do I have to prove that I own the car?

Only if Autobidcar.com asks for it. If it does, we tell you exactly what it needs; otherwise the VIN is all you provide.
